2024 FIBA Basketball Olympic Qualifying Tournament

Four teams have secured the final spots for the men's basketball tournament at the Olympic Games Paris 2024. They were decided at the 2024 FIBA Basketball Olympic Qualifying Tournament, which took place from August 2023 to 2024.

Qualification Process

The qualification process for the men's basketball tournament at the Olympic Games has changed over the years. As of 2020, qualification is through the FIBA Basketball World Cup. Universality remains in place for the qualifying process, meaning that all countries have the opportunity to qualify for the Olympics.

The 2024 FIBA Basketball Olympic Qualifying Tournament was the first to use the new qualification system. Twenty-four countries competed for the last four tickets to the Olympics.
