2024 McKay Group Nationals Parade Route Announced

Details Revealed for Annual Tradition

Knoxville, Iowa – The route for the McKay Group Nationals Day Parade, presented by the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, has been released. The parade, held annually as part of the Knoxville Nationals, will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

The parade will begin at 9:00 AM at the intersection of Marion County Road J7 and Highway 14, and will proceed east on Highway 14 through downtown Knoxville. The parade will turn south onto 10th Street, and then proceed west to the Marion County Fairgrounds.

The parade will feature over 100 units, including floats, marching bands, and race cars. The parade will be led by the Knoxville Fire Department and the Knoxville Police Department. The Grand Marshal of the parade will be announced at a later date.

The McKay Group Nationals is one of the most prestigious events in sprint car racing. The event is held annually at the Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa. The 2024 McKay Group Nationals will be held from August 7-10.
