2024 CrossFit Games Quarterfinals Workouts Released

All Four Workouts for Teams, Individuals, and Age Groups Now Available

The CrossFit Games Quarterfinals workouts for 2024 have been released on the CrossFit Games site. This year, there are four workouts for both the team and individual competitions, as well as for the age group athletes. The workouts were released a few minutes early this afternoon, so athletes have a little extra time to prepare.

Team Quarterfinal Workouts

The team quarterfinals workouts are as follows:

  1. Workout 1: 150 wall balls (20/14 lb), 100 burpees over the bar, 75 cleans (155/105 lb), 50 snatches (115/75 lb), 25 muscle-ups
  2. Workout 2: 21-15-9 thrusters (95/65 lb), 21-15-9 dubs, 21-15-9 toes-to-bar
  3. Workout 3: 3,000-meter row, 1,500-meter run, 900-meter row, 450-meter run, 180-meter row
  4. Workout 4: 1-mile run, 500-meter row, 60 thrusters (75/55 lb), 400-meter row, 30 thrusters (75/55 lb), 200-meter row

Individual and Age Group Quarterfinal Workouts

The individual and age group quarterfinals workouts are as follows:

  1. Workout 1: 150 wall balls (20/14 lb), 100 burpees over the bar, 75 cleans (135/95 lb), 50 snatches (95/65 lb), 25 muscle-ups
  2. Workout 2: 15-12-9 thrusters (95/65 lb), 15-12-9 toes-to-bar, 15-12-9 double-unders
  3. Workout 3: 2,000-meter row, 1,000-meter run, 600-meter row, 300-meter run, 120-meter row
  4. Workout 4: 800-meter run, 300-meter row, 40 thrusters (75/55 lb), 200-meter row, 20 thrusters (75/55 lb), 100-meter row
